By creating an account and using TruckLog ELD ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
TruckLog ELD is a logging assistance tool intended for informational and record-keeping purposes only. This app is NOT a registered Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and is NOT approved or certified by the DOT, FMCSA, or any other regulatory body. Use of this app does not constitute compliance with federal ELD mandates.
The App does not guarantee compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, ELD mandates, or any other federal, state, or local transportation laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your operations comply with all applicable regulations.
You are solely responsible for: (a) verifying that you are legally permitted to use paper logs or non-certified logging tools under your specific operating conditions; (b) the accuracy and completeness of all entries made in the App; (c) retaining any legally required documentation; and (d) understanding and complying with all regulations applicable to your operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckLog ELD and its developers shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, violations, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on this App. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We collect and store log data you enter in the App solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Log data is associated with your account and may be exported by you at any time. We retain data as long as your account is active.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the effective date and version number at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
